Motivation!

It's amazing to look back in time and see what differences I have made in the lives of so many, from soldiers, police, and healthcare professionals to athletes and the everyday person just looking for answers.

I never imagined that one day I would sit in group sessions listening to others talk about their journeys and how trying to find that little extra seems to be in the distance. For many, they felt they could see movements toward what they were looking for, yet they also found they would always end up at a crossroads, not knowing which way to go to achieve their final goals.

One of many skills I have developed over the years is my ability to listen to others, learn from what they tell me and identify their weaknesses. Weaknesses are not a burden but more so pathways in our lives we experience daily, weekly or over time that, if left alone will overcome our mental and physical abilities to understand our reasons for what we do. As we may already know, these weaknesses soon become a barrier that prevents us from wanting to move forward or succeed in what we do.

One of the many downfalls of facing that weaker person inside us is that we let it happen. Thanks to support, reading, listening and learning, many of us will come across the crossroads and take the pathway we seek.

Motivational words and passages will be important in helping you decide on the best pathway. Emotional weakness is a low level of emotional resilience or the ability to cope with emotions. People with emotional weaknesses often find it hard to manage their feelings, which can also affect their physical well-being.

I once told a client that she was not alone in her weakness; thousands share the same issues daily and in the same way. Finding a way to bundle it so that you can manage it is the first step. Reading the strengths of others and how they overcame what to them was a weakness will soon start to embed in you. Those words, read lines and passages of motivational statements, will soon become your tool of strength. Write them down and read them daily. These simple actions will be your bat and you will hit home runs daily. Trust your reasons, and trust your decisions.
